Privacy by design: LandlordPathway is designed not to operate as a permanent vault for completed customer document packets.

Information used during a property review

LandlordPathway may temporarily process property facts, tenancy facts, names, addresses, dates, and other information needed to determine which resources and drafts may apply and, when selected, to pre-fill drafts.

Limited records retained

When secure backend storage is enabled, LandlordPathway is designed to retain a limited transaction record such as purchaser name, email, acceptance date and time, Terms version, rules version, blank or pre-filled selection, checklist and document list shown, relevant activity events, payment reference, and support or dispute records.

Completed packets

The production design does not require permanent storage of completed customer document packets. Customers are responsible for saving their own copies.

Payments

Payments will be processed by Stripe when live payments are enabled. LandlordPathway does not need to store full payment-card numbers.

Third-party links

Official and third-party links have their own privacy practices. LandlordPathway does not control those sites.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
